At Ninety Nine for the One Co., we fulfill orders both in-house from our business location and through third-party fulfillment partners, including Printful. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Processing Times

Processing times vary based on how items are fulfilled:

  • In-House Fulfilled Items:

    Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

  • Printful Fulfilled Items:

    Orders fulfilled by Printful are processed within 2–7 business days after payment is received. Processing times may vary due to product type, availability, or production volume.

Orders containing items from multiple fulfillment methods may ship in separate packages and arrive at different times.

 


 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Fulfillment method

  • Selected shipping option

Delivery time estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed. Carrier delays may occur and are outside of our control.

 


 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear

  • Tracking availability varies by carrier and fulfillment provider

 


 

Fulfillment Through Printful

Certain products are fulfilled and shipped directly by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand provider.

  • These items are produced specifically for your order
  • They may ship separately from in-house fulfilled items

  • Packaging may differ from Ninety Nine for the One Co. branded shipments

By purchasing Printful-fulfilled items, you acknowledge and accept their production and shipping timelines.

 


 

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer

 


 

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Ninety Nine for the One Co. is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

Shipping fees are non-refundable, in alignment with our Return Policy.

 


 

Damaged or Defective Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please refer to our Return Policy.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of damage or defect (photos and/or videos) must be provided upon receipt

  • Claims submitted outside this timeframe or without proof may be denied

Approved claims will be handled at no additional cost to the customer.

 


 

International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs fees

  • Import duties

  • Taxes or brokerage fees

These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.

Ninety Nine for the One Co. reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website.
