Return Policy

At Ninety Nine for the One Co., we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our return policy carefully before completing your purchase.

60-Day Return Window

Customers have sixty (60) days from the date of purchase to request a return.

Returns requested after 60 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned for any reason within the 60-day return window, provided that:

  • Items are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Items include original packaging where applicable

  • Items show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including shipping insurance if desired.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Damaged or Defective Items

The only exception to return shipping responsibility applies to items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.

To qualify for this exception:

  • Customers must notify Ninety Nine for the One Co. within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of damage or defect (including clear photos and/or videos) must be provided upon receipt

  • Claims submitted without adequate proof may be denied

Once verified, we will provide instructions for replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Items returned outside the 60-day return window

  • Items not in original condition

  • Any items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for refunds to be processed once the return is received and inspected

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

How to Initiate a Return

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
